The International Conference on Intelligent Electronics and Telecommunications (ICIET 2027) is a premier international forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners working at the intersection of intelligent electronics, signal processing, and next-generation telecommunications.
Hosted by the University Mohamed El Bachir El Ibrahimi of Bordj Bou Arreridj in Algeria, ICIET 2027 brings together leading experts from academia and industry to share breakthrough research, exchange ideas, and chart the future of smart electronic systems and communication networks.
The conference will feature peer-reviewed paper presentations, invited keynote lectures, special sessions, and workshops covering the most critical challenges and opportunities in intelligent electronics and telecommunications today. Every submission undergoes rigorous double-blind peer review by at least three independent reviewers with no conflict of interest, in line with international scientific publishing standards.
Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research in — but not limited to — the following areas:
Deep learning, neural networks, AI-driven circuit design and optimization.
Massive MIMO, mmWave, network slicing, and beyond-5G architectures.
Edge computing, sensor networks, energy-efficient IoT protocols.
Digital signal processing, OFDM, channel estimation, coding techniques.
Reconfigurable antennas, phased arrays, metamaterials, RF circuits.
Network security, intrusion detection, cryptographic protocols for communications.
Smart grids, renewable energy systems, wireless power transfer.
Object detection, medical imaging, intelligent surveillance systems.
Fiber optic systems, visible light communication, integrated photonics.
Chip design, low-power architectures, nanoscale fabrication technologies.
Control systems, autonomous vehicles, human-robot interaction.
V2X communications, smart infrastructure, intelligent mobility systems.
Format your paper using the IEEE conference template (A4 or US Letter). Papers must be written in English and should represent original, unpublished work not currently under review elsewhere.
Regular papers should be 5–6 pages. Extended papers up to 8 pages are accepted with an additional fee. Short papers (2–4 pages) are welcome for work-in-progress contributions.
Submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least three independent reviewers with no conflict of interest. Remove all author information and acknowledgments from your initial submission. Author details are included only in the final camera-ready version.
Upload your PDF through the official submission system (EasyChair / EDAS — link to be announced). You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers without a registered author will be removed from the proceedings.

The Technical Program Committee (TPC) of ICIET 2027 gathers 83 faculty members from the University Mohamed El Bachir El Ibrahimi of Bordj Bou Arreridj, partner Algerian institutions (Tizi Ouzou, Tipaza, ESI Béjaïa, ENS Algiers, Constantine 1, Msila, Djelfa, Tlemcen, Oum el Bouaghi, Oran, National School of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology), and international partner universities (Paderborn, INRS and Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue in Canada, Durham, Queen Mary University of London, Qatar University), covering Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science and related engineering fields. Each submission is evaluated by at least three independent TPC members through a double-blind process.

ICIET 2027 will be held at the University Mohamed El Bachir El Ibrahimi of Bordj Bou Arreridj, located in Bordj Bou Arreridj, Algeria. The university is one of the leading higher education institutions in northeastern Algeria, offering modern conference facilities and a vibrant academic environment.
Bordj Bou Arreridj (BBA) is a city in northeastern Algeria, accessible by road and rail, situated in a fertile highland region. It is approximately 230 km from Algiers.
ICIET 2027 is seeking technical co-sponsorship from the IEEE Algeria Section and possible inclusion of its proceedings in IEEE Xplore®. The status of each requirement is tracked below and updated as the organizing committee progresses.

12 IEEE members confirmed on the IEEE Technical Committee, including Dr. Attallah Bilal (Univ. Msila), Dr. Kouzou Abdellah (Univ. Djelfa), Dr. Iratni Abdelhamid (Univ. Bordj Bou Arreridj) and colleagues from partner Algerian and international institutions — meeting the IEEE Algeria Section's minimum requirement.
Engaging at least two IEEE Chapters within the IEEE Algeria Section to formally co-sponsor the conference and contribute TPC reviewers.
Minimum of three independent reviews per paper, with no conflict of interest, stated in the Submission section.
Formal commitment to establish an IEEE Student Branch at the host institution before the conclusion of the conference.
Formal approval from the University Mohamed El Bachir El Ibrahimi of Bordj Bou Arreridj and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
